STEP 1 — CONTACT US

Fill out our contact form and send a few photos of your pocket watch. Please include photos of the dial, movement, case, and any visible damage. We will review the watch and provide a recommended service plan along with an estimated cost.

Carefully wrap your watch in bubble wrap or other protective padding and place it inside a sturdy box. We recommend using insured shipping and including your name, phone number, email address, and return shipping address inside the package.

Ship your watch to American Pocket Watch Restoration using USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Once your package arrives, we will confirm receipt and begin the inspection process. Stay tuned, as more updates are coming soon!

Your watch will be professionally inspected, serviced, cleaned, lubricated, adjusted, and repaired as needed. After final testing and quality control, your watch will be securely packaged and shipped back to you with tracking and insurance.
